Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. We recently found out about this Juice It Up location and were excited because it’s super close to where we live. Unfortunately, after our first experience here, we will not be returning. I kindly asked for one large smoothie to be split into four smaller cups for my kids. The cashier immediately told me they couldn’t do that. I explained that I’ve made this exact request many times at other Juice It Up locations and have never had an issue. We go to Juice It Up at least once a week because my kids play competitive sports, and we regularly visit the Fontana and Rancho locations near the fields where they play. Those locations have always been friendly and accommodating. After going back and forth, I was told I would have to pay an additional charge for the cups. Although I’ve never been charged for this before, I agreed and paid. Then, AFTER I paid, another employee told me they could give me the empty cups, but they would not actually pour the smoothie into them for me. At that point, it wasn’t even about the cups anymore—it was about the complete lack of customer service. If I’m paying an additional charge for the cups, why make such a simple request unnecessarily difficult?

I drive through the parking lot and parked near the store entrance. The parking lot and walk ways look dirty. There wasn't too much trash, it just seemed dusty and stained. Once I got into the store, everything was nice and clean. There wasn't a bunch of clutter either. The dark haired female with the pretty eyes came from the back. There was another associate hard at work making orders. The person seemed serious. I asked about a peach drink that I used to order at another location. She informed me that this location did not carry peach drinks. I booooed! Not loudly but I did booo her response (silly guy 🤪). Then I asked her for a Raspberry thing. She asked what size and I didn't kniw the answer. I have not been to Juice it up for years 🫣 We got through the process and I got my drink. She was very patient and kind. I hope she knows how important she is to the people whom she serves 🥹

Now usually I like this location but this morning. That lady wasn't happy yo be there or she just isn't a morning person. Came because of the anniversary cup give away. I was literally the 1st person there and to be told that the cup were given out before today was disappointed. Especially since the app has been sending notifications all week. I order my usually bowl and I dont know if inflation has gone to them or the lady just shorted me. My bowl was half way full. 10 dollars and only get half is discouraging. I won't be going back if I see her there.

At the north end of a very large shopping center. Hard to find from the street. Their service is good, so are the juices. They will have you in and out quickly. All around good place to come in for a cold pressed juice.
